Clothing, hats, coffee mugs, or other apparel:

May be exchanged within 15 days in brand new condition with tags. NO REFUNDS will be given for any of these products.

COFFEE

Unopened coffee bags may be exchanged for another bag of coffee only within 15 days. NO REFUNDS for coffee will be given.

When you reach out for an exchange, please be sure you are within the timeframe listed above. Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the product name, as well as the new product you'd like to receive in exchange.
